Design for Assembly
TTCR ( Triangular Trihedral Corner Reflector ) was very useful in SAR performance evaluation for many radar development programs. When the aspect angle is 30 degrees measured by the boundary of 3 dB from peak RCS pattern, and the dynamic range between maximum and minimum RCS pattern is 15 dB within the range of 90 degree of aspect angle. Although it was wider than metal plate reflector, but still can not cover all range. Furthermore, the weight of metal reflector will be more than 100 kg. To consider of convenience, we designed the corner reflector with composite materials, then the weight of a reflector will reduced to 5-7 kg. It's easier for transport and setup.

- Maintenance principles
The location of corner reflector will be long-term retention, therefore we need to consider the safety of maintenance personnel.
- Erection principle
To consider of the direction of SAR signal and convenience. The ground of erection position must be as horizontally as possible.
- Distribution principle
To consider of the images range and difficulty of erection. The erection position must be evenly distributed, and avoiding to generate the SAR layover and shadow.
